Once we teach a person to use a machine, get them the accessories that work with there machine, answer their emergency calls and get them sewing again...our customers come back time after time. I get a fair number of repairs from ebay machines that don't work (often shipping damage from improperly packed machines) and customers thought that they had a warranty. If it didn't come from an authorized dealer, you have no warranty. If you got it on ebay, it is was not sold by an authorized dealer. As the old transmission repairman commercial used to say, "you can pay me now, or you can pay me later". Try buying from a reputable dealer that offers classes and support.
