Free Easter Quilt Patterns:

  • Easter Bunny Wall Hanging – I love the floppy ears on these bunnies.
  • Garden Applique Quilt – Very cute quilt from McCall’s Quilting.  56 – 9″x9″ blocks complete this quilt.  This quilt could also be made into a small wall hanging.
  • Scrappy Basket Quilt block.
  • Basket trails quilt block – 10 different basket blocks.
  • A Whole Lot of Baskets – Cute pieced basket quilt.
  • Tiny basket squares.
  • Bitty Baskets – This one isn’t free, it costs $10, but if you are crafty you could figure out the pattern on your own.
  • Here’s a patchwork Peter Rabit wall hanging.
  • Honey Bunny applique wall quilt.
  • Frosted Candy – Perfect for using Easter fabrics.  Both lap and queen size instruction.  If you love scrappy quilts you’ll love this quilt.

  • Here’s another table runner, I love the spring theme of this table runner, it’s really cute.
  • Darlene’s Zimmerman’s Almost a Flower Garden -This is my FAVORITE!  This is one gorgeous quilt.

  • Bunny Eggs – this would be great Easter project to get the kids involved with.
  • Here’s a folk art bunny quilt.
  • Totally cute Easter bunny wall quilt.  This is a fast easy project you could probably complete in a day.
  • This isn’t a free pattern, but it so cute, you really should take a look at it.  It’s called Rabbits Prefer Chocolate and can be found here.
  • Bedtime for Bunny Quilt – Such a cute quilt for a baby or little girl.  This quilt measures 54″ x 54″ and is completely adorable!
  • Amish Basket block.
  • Magic Bunnies from Andover Fabrics – This is a .pdf.  The quilt is of bunnies hopping out of white magic hats.  Totally cute!
  • Here is an adorable bunny and carrot wall hanging, this quilt measures 12″ x 14″ and would make a great easy project to keep or give away as a gift.
  • Beautiful Pieced Floral Quilt – Finished size measures 49″x49″
  • Fresh Cut Tulips tutorial.
  • Buttercup in a basket – it’s a .pdf file.
  • Carrots in the garden .pdf file.
  • Spring Splash from McCalls Quilting – This is a wall hanging measuring 40 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ would make a perfect baby quilt.
  • Will Work For Eggs – Cute Easter wall hanging.  Measures 25″ x 34″, this small wall quilt is a nice fast easy quilting project.  This pattern used to be available for free only but it looks like now it’s sold online.
  • 2 great Easter Quilts – Small, quick, and easy projects.
  • Easter Bunny & Egg Wall Hanging – This would make a really quick project and would be a good project for kids to try.
  • Easter Basket Postcard Quilt – I haven’t tried to make a quit postcard yet, these look like fun.

Free Fabric Basket Patterns:

  • Coiled Fabric Basket Pattern – This isn’t a quilt pattern, this is a free basket pattern.  Use up those scraps in this fun new way.  If you are looking for something different, then this may be the perfect project for you.  This basket only requires 1 yard of fabric!

  • Crocheted Fabric Basket – This pattern requires some crochet experience.

Under the subtitle “Free Easter Quilt Patterns”….I cannot bring up the pattern entitled Will Work for Eggs…..it is not underscored or in blue letters….can you help me….it sounded intriguing. Thank You (the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 11th, and 12th items in this listing do not have any underscore or are in blue either) The one entitled Darlene Zimmermans “almost a flower garden” sounded neat as well…..:)

Looking for a pattern for the basket pattern that has the ties at the corners but lies flat when untied.
